Back on Track
Technology built directly into the material.
Back on Track develops functional dog gear with its proprietary Welltex® technology, which uses minerals integrated into the textile. The clothing combines this technology with breathable materials and cuts designed for comfort and freedom of movement.
Back on Track – functional textiles with Welltex® technology
Back on Track develops products for people, horses and dogs, built around its own textile technologies. In many functional and therapeutic products it uses Welltex® – a blend of natural minerals permanently integrated into the material fibres during manufacturing that interacts with infrared energy from body heat.
Welltex® directly in the fibre
Welltex® technology is not merely a surface treatment. During manufacturing, the minerals are bonded directly to the textile fibres and absorb and re-emit energy in the far-infrared (FIR) range. The manufacturer states that this principle may support blood circulation.
BAY Mesh – lightweight and breathable
BAY Mesh combines an airy mesh outer layer with a highly breathable lining containing Welltex®. It is lightweight and suitable for year-round use – on its own in warmer conditions or as a layer under other clothing in colder weather.
A cut adapted to tail carriage
The BAY range includes versions for different canine builds. The Low set tail variant is designed for dogs that carry their tail lower. The close-fitting cut wraps around the chest and rear body while leaving room for movement of the legs and tail.
Material function and cut work together
Back on Track does not base its clothing on Welltex® technology alone. In its designs, the manufacturer combines material properties – such as breathability, stretch, thermal comfort and durability – with the construction and cut of each product. BAY Mesh features an adjustable collar, a close-fitting shape and two openings for attaching a leash to a collar or harness.
