Set of 4
Four magnetic hooks for flexible tarp attachment.
A simple way to secure a sunshade to a metal vehicle surface without complicated straps.
Each rubber-coated neodymium magnet has a screw-in hook for the eyelet of a sunshade. The coating is gentler on paintwork than bare metal, and the hook lets you release or reposition the shade quickly.
Rubber-coated neodymium magnetic hooks let you quickly attach a sun shade tarp to suitable metal parts of a car, van or caravan.
Simply place the magnet on the bodywork and hook the tarp eyelet onto it. When you need to open a door, move the tarp or remove the attachment altogether, you do not have to untie cords or route straps through the car interior.
Four magnetic hooks for flexible tarp attachment.
A compact magnet with a sufficiently large contact surface.
Magnetic force up to 10 kg when pulled perpendicularly under ideal conditions.
Helps protect the paint and also increases friction between the magnet and the surface.
When shading a car, the biggest complication is often attaching the tarp itself. A cord or strap routed through a door has to be loosened every time you open the door and then secured again.
You can simply move the magnet within a few seconds. They are therefore useful not only for long stops, but also at competitions, training sessions, trips or while travelling, when you need to access the car repeatedly throughout the day.
The place where you attach the magnet must be clean and free of sand, small stones or other dirt.
Position it on a suitable ferromagnetic part of the bodywork and check that it holds firmly.
Place the tarp eyelet over the hook and adjust the tension and position of the entire tarp as needed.

Quick attachment of a sun shade tarp to suitable metal parts of the bodywork.
A practical solution for larger tarps when travelling, at competitions or while camping.
Use on suitable ferromagnetic parts of a caravan or motorhome.
The magnet can also be used on suitable metal parts of trailers or other structures.
The 10 kg figure indicates the approximate magnetic force when pulling the magnet perpendicularly away from a suitable smooth ferromagnetic surface under ideal conditions.
When used on a vertical section of bodywork, the magnet is also subjected to lateral force and its actual ability to hold a load is lower. The result is also affected by sheet-metal thickness, paint, surface shape, dirt, load direction and possible wind.
Therefore, do not interpret the 10 kg figure as the recommended weight that can be suspended from one magnet in normal use.
The rubber coating significantly reduces the risk of scratching, but on its own cannot completely eliminate the possibility of paint damage.
Sand, dust or a small stone caught between the magnet and the bodywork can damage the paint if the magnet is moved. Before every use, therefore clean both the magnet and the area on the car.
The magnet holds only on suitable ferromagnetic material. It will not hold on aluminium, plastic, fibreglass or some other parts of the bodywork.
Neodymium magnets are strong. Be careful not to pinch your fingers when handling them and do not leave them freely accessible to children.
A strong magnetic field can affect some electronic devices, magnetic cards and medical devices. Keep the magnets at a safe distance from equipment sensitive to magnetic fields.
In strong wind or storms, do not rely solely on magnetic attachment of the sun shade tarp.
A set of four rubber-coated neodymium magnetic hooks is a simple way to make attaching a sun shade tarp to a car, van or caravan easier – while still being able to move or remove it quickly at any time during your trip.
