It is particularly suitable for senior dogs, dogs with early mobility difficulties or a predisposition to joint problems. It is designed for courses of at least two months as well as long-term use without the need for regular breaks.

CARTILAN Base K2+D3 is a joint supplement developed for dogs beginning to show the first signs of stiffness, joint sensitivity or reduced comfort of movement.

It combines a high dose of glucosamine with MSM, vitamins K2 and D3 and fish oil containing omega-3. The manufacturer recommends it primarily for senior dogs, dogs showing the first signs of wear in the musculoskeletal system and dogs with a predisposition to joint problems.

WHAT MAKES BASE DIFFERENT?

High glucosamine + MSM instead of chondroitin

CARTILAN Base K2+D3 is formulated differently from Nutri K2+D3 and Complete within the CARTILAN range. One tablet contains 800 mg glucosamine sulphate and 500 mg MSM, but does not contain chondroitin.

The manufacturer therefore positions it primarily for dogs already beginning to show the first signs of mobility discomfort and for senior dogs that need daily joint support.
