PAIKKA Visibility Harness DARK is a comfortable reflective harness for everyday walks. It can be adjusted around both the neck and chest and does not have to be pulled over the dog's head. The padded chest panel distributes pressure over a larger area while allowing the dog to move naturally.
Reflective material covers a large part of the chest and back and significantly improves the dog's visibility when light hits it. Thanks to aluminum buckle at the neck the neck section can also be opened, which is practical for dogs that dislike having a harness pulled over their head.

Measure the neck circumference and the widest part of the chest. The calculator will show sizes whose adjustable ranges fit both measurements. Measure your dog while standing and do not pull the measuring tape too tight. Measure where the neck section of the harness will sit. Measure the widest part of the chest behind the front legs. Keep the tape against the body without pulling it tight. If two sizes fit, also compare the length of the back panel. The harness must fit both the neck and chest circumference at the same time. Size ranges partially overlap, so two sizes may work for some dogs. Compare neck and chest circumference, and use the back panel length as an additional guide. PAIKKA Visibility Harness DARK is an adjustable harness for everyday walks that combines a comfortable fit, large reflective panels and practical opening around the neck.
The padded chest panel distributes pressure over a larger area, while the neck and chest can be adjusted individually. The construction has also been tested for pull strength.

No need to go over the head
One of the most practical details of the Visibility Harness is the aluminum buckle on the neck strap. It allows the neck section to open completely, so the harness does not have to be pulled over the dog's head.
This is especially useful for dogs sensitive to handling, dogs with a larger head or ears, and owners who use additional gear around the neck.
A fit that adapts to your dog
The same size will not fit every dog in exactly the same way. PAIKKA therefore allows the neck and chest circumference to be adjusted separately.

More than just a small reflective logo
Reflective material covers a large part of both the chest and back panels. When illuminated by headlights or a headlamp, it strongly reflects the light back.
This helps improve the dog's visibility on morning and evening walks or in poor light conditions.
How to choose the right size?
Measure the neck circumference and the widest part of the chest and compare both measurements with the chart. Your dog must fall within the range for both measurements.
Adjacent size ranges overlap. If two sizes fit, also consider the dog's overall build and the length of the harness back panel. If unsure, use our size advice service.

Does the harness have to be pulled over the dog's head?
No. The neck strap has a sturdy aluminum buckle that allows the neck section to open completely.
Is the harness adjustable?
Yes. The neck and chest circumference can be adjusted separately. Each size offers a fairly wide adjustment range.
Is the entire harness reflective?
Large reflective panels cover the padded chest and back sections. The straps and buckles themselves may not be reflective.
What if my dog fits two sizes?
The size ranges overlap. Check not only the neck and chest circumference, but also your dog's proportions and the length of the harness back panel. If unsure, use our size advice service.
