We reward registered customers based on the value of their paid orders over the last 6 months. The more you shop with us, the higher the loyalty discount you can receive.
2% on purchases over CZK 5,000
5% on purchases over CZK 10,000
6% on purchases over CZK 15,000
7% on purchases over CZK 20,000
How the loyalty programme works
1 Create an account The loyalty programme is available to registered retail customers.
2 Log in before placing your order Your order will only count towards the loyalty programme if it is placed while you are logged in to your account.
3 Your discount is applied automatically Once the total value of your paid orders from the last 6 months exceeds the relevant threshold, the corresponding discount will appear in your account.
What the loyalty discount applies to
The loyalty discount primarily applies to full-price products.
The discount may not apply to promotional or already discounted products, special-value sets, orders using a discount coupon or products where the maximum permitted discount would otherwise be exceeded.
Loyalty programme rules
- Only paid orders placed while logged in to a registered customer account count towards the programme.
- Orders placed without logging in to your account do not count towards the programme.
- Orders placed before the customer account was registered do not count towards the programme either.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with each other. If more than one discount could apply, the higher discount will be used, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or product.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty programme, decline to grant a discount in justified cases or discontinue the programme.
