How to measure correctly?
Measure your dog in a natural standing position. Compare the relevant measurements with the table below. Keep the measuring tape close to the body, but do not pull it tight.

The Cooling vest uses water and airflow to draw heat away from the dog's torso.
3Chill tec™ technology combines three functional layers that absorb water, distribute it across the vest and gradually allow it to evaporate.

Four simple steps
Soak the vest thoroughly in cold water.
Pull it over the head and fasten the chest buckles.
Adjust the neck and chest so the vest fits closely against the body.
When it starts to dry, wet the outer part again.
Cooling time is not always the same
Non-stop dogwear states up to 5 hours of cooling effect under optimal conditions.
The actual duration depends mainly on air humidity, temperature, wind and sunlight. In strong wind or direct sun, water may evaporate from the vest more quickly.
A short cut leaves the legs and much of the body free
The Cooling vest does not cover the dog from neck to tail. The cooling sections are concentrated mainly around the torso.
This construction keeps the cooling material in contact with the body while still allowing the dog a natural range of motion.
The vest should not absorb unnecessary extra heat in the sun
The outer layer has a UV treatment and a light grey-teal colourway.
The light surface reflects more solar radiation than dark material and therefore helps reduce additional heating of the vest in direct sunlight.
The Cooling vest is thin enough for layering
Non-stop dogwear explicitly confirms that a harness can be worn over the Cooling vest.
For proper function, it is important that the cooling vest remains close-fitting and in contact with the dog's body.

Cooling vest at a glance
Gentle wash up to 30 °C
Before washing, fasten all buckles and loosen the elastic adjustments.
The vest can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. When machine washing, the manufacturer recommends using a laundry bag.
