Product detailed description
JUMBO · NATURAL RUBBER · INTERACTIVE PLAY
JW PET · HOL-EE ROLLER
A large open-lattice ball that can become a slightly different toy every time
JW Hol-ee Roller Jumbo is the largest version of JW Pet’s well-known flexible open-lattice ball.
You can throw it, play tug with it, fill it with treats or kibble, or hide a smaller toy inside. The open construction leaves plenty of room for your own ideas and different ways to play together.
RUBBER
Natural rubber
Soft, flexible and stretchable material that is comfortable in a dog’s mouth.
OPEN
Open construction
Large openings make the toy easy to grip and fill.
4×
More ways to play
Fetch, tug, treats and a simple puzzle.
The openings are not just decorative
The open construction is exactly what makes the Hol-ee Roller so versatile. A dog can grab it by any part of the rubber lattice and it is just as easy for a person to hold.
The openings also allow you to place different types of rewards or other play items inside.
Four ways to use it
Fetching
A large flexible ball that can be thrown and is easy to grab thanks to the openings.
Tugging
The many openings provide plenty of grip for both dog and person.
Treat game
You can put kibble or suitably sized treats inside and let the dog work out how to get them out.
A toy inside a toy
The manufacturer recommends hiding another smaller toy inside, for example.
Turn it into a simple puzzle
JW Pet specifically recommends filling the Hol-ee Roller with different objects and rewards. The Jumbo size offers even more possibilities thanks to its large internal space.
1
Kibble
A simple option where the dog manipulates the ball and searches for individual pieces.
2
A larger treat
Choose a size that will not fall out completely without any effort.
3
Treats wrapped in fabric
Wrap rewards in a safe strip of fabric and place it inside the ball.
4
A smaller toy
Place a favourite smaller toy inside to create another layer of play.
Who is Jumbo for?
Jumbo is the largest version in the entire Hol-ee Roller range and makes the most sense for dogs that need a truly large toy.
The manufacturer does not recommend choosing only by breed. The key safety rule is that the selected Hol-ee Roller should be larger than the dog’s mouth.
Large mouth
For large and giant dogs, the standard Large version may be too small for safe play.
More space for filling
Jumbo offers more room for smaller toys, fabric or other fillings.
Natural rubber that can bend and stretch
The current manufacturer describes the Hol-ee Roller as a toy made from durable, soft and flexible natural rubber.
Its flexibility allows the lattice to deform and stretch during play without being a hard solid ball. The manufacturer also describes the material as gentle on a dog’s mouth.
Colours
SweetEnergy currently offers Jumbo in several colour options. Availability of individual colours may change over time.

Flexible and durable does not mean indestructible
Use the Hol-ee Roller under supervision and check the condition of the rubber regularly. If the dog tears, bites through or starts separating pieces of material, take the toy away. For a destructive chewer, the Hol-ee Roller is not intended as a toy for long periods of unsupervised chewing.
What about water?
SweetEnergy currently states that the Hol-ee Roller itself does not float.
Thanks to the open construction, however, you can place a suitable floating toy inside. If you are primarily looking for a ball for regular water retrieves, a toy designed specifically to float will be more practical.

Frequently asked questions
How large is the Hol-ee Roller Jumbo?
The current official JW Pet information lists a size of 7.5 inches, approximately 19 cm. On the European market and on the current SweetEnergy product page, the same size is often stated as 18 cm. We recommend following the dimensions of the specific current item.
What is it made from?
Soft and flexible natural rubber.
Can I put treats inside?
Yes. The manufacturer specifically recommends filling the Hol-ee Roller with treats, kibble or other safe items.
Can I put another toy inside?
Yes. The open construction allows you to hide a smaller toy inside and create another type of interactive play.
Is it suitable for tugging?
Yes. JW Pet lists tugging among the recommended ways to use it.
How do I choose the right size?
The manufacturer recommends that the selected Hol-ee Roller be larger than the dog’s mouth. For a large dog, Jumbo may therefore be a safer choice than a smaller version.
Is it suitable for a strong chewer?
Natural rubber is durable and flexible, but the toy is not indestructible. Strong destructive chewers require supervision and regular checks.
Does it float?
The current SweetEnergy product page states that the Hol-ee Roller itself does not float. A suitable floating toy can, however, be placed inside the open construction.
Can it also be used as a puzzle?
Yes. The manufacturer presents it directly as an interactive puzzle toy that can be filled with different rewards.
A large ball that does not have to be the same toy every time.
JW Hol-ee Roller Jumbo combines flexible natural rubber, a large open construction and space for treats or other toys. You can use it for fetch, tug, shared training and simple puzzle games.
