Discounts of 2%, 5%, 6% and 7% for regular customers
After registration, you will be included in our loyalty discount program, and from then on you can only get bigger and bigger discounts! Therefore, do not forget to log in to your account with each order so that we can reward you for your loyalty. As soon as your purchases exceed a given amount, you will automatically be assigned the appropriate discount, which you will see in your account overview. Discounts are calculated for the sum of purchases for the last 6 months (from paid orders).
For purchases over 5000 CZK discount 2 %
For purchases over 10000 CZK discount 5 %
For purchases over 15000 CZK discount 6 %
For purchases over 20000 CZK discount 7 %
What the Discounts Apply To
Loyalty discounts for registered end customers apply only to non-discounted goods.
The discounts may not apply to promotional items (discounted products, special bundles), orders with discount coupons, or if the maximum discount for a specific product has already been reached.
Rules for Providing Discounts
Loyalty discounts can only be granted to registered end customers. If an order is placed without being logged into an account, it will not be counted toward the loyalty program. Previous orders placed without registration will also not be counted.
Loyalty discounts cannot be combined; the higher discount always applies.
We reserve the right not to grant a discount without providing a reason, to change discount conditions, or to terminate the validity of discounts.
